Users on judototo ask about many topics: how to open an account and complete KYC verification, how deposits and withdrawals work via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and bank transfer, what game categories are available (football betting on Liga 1 and Piala AFF, live-dealer tables, slots), and how account security settings work. This FAQ page answers the most common questions our team receives.

Account and registration
We at judototo offer our service only in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are lawful. Service availability varies by region and may change if local law changes. We do not operate under a specific national license; instead, we offer our platform in supported areas where it is legally permitted. If you are unsure whether judototo is available where you live, check your local law or contact a legal professional in your jurisdiction. Our Legal notice explains jurisdiction eligibility and your responsibility to verify that access complies with your local laws. You cannot access judototo if you are in a jurisdiction where our service is restricted.
Log in to your judototo account and navigate to Settings (usually in the sidebar or profile menu). From Settings, you can update your email, phone number, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) status. If you wish to pause your account temporarily (such as during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays), contact our support team via in-app chat or email; we can help you set a pause window. A paused account will not accept new transactions but retains your balance and transaction history. To reopen a paused account, contact support again. Full account closure is permanent and requires a formal request; we will retain your data for seven years per tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
No. Each user may hold only one active judototo account. If we discover that you own or operate multiple accounts, we will suspend all of them and forfeit any balances. Multi-accounting violates our terms and is used to exploit bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions. If you have accidentally created duplicate accounts, contact our support team immediately and provide your primary account details; we can help you close the duplicate and preserve your main account balance.
Payments and transactions
If your deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet does not complete (e.g. payment gateway timeout, bank decline, user cancellation), the transaction will be marked as failed in your history. Failed deposits are not charged to your account, and no funds appear in your judototo balance. If you were charged by your bank but the deposit did not reach judototo, contact your bank first to confirm the charge was reversed. Then contact our support team with your bank confirmation and transaction ID; we will investigate and process a manual credit if the funds reached our account. Withdrawals that do not complete are typically returned to your judototo balance within 24 hours; contact support if a withdrawal remains stuck longer than that.
Deposits to your judototo account via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or direct bank transfer are free — we do not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees (for example, some banks charge a small fee for virtual account transfers). Withdrawals from judototo are also fee-free on our side, but your bank or e-wallet may apply processing fees when you receive funds. All fees, if any, will be shown in your payment provider's app or statement, not in your judototo account. If you see a judototo fee in your withdrawal history, contact our support team for clarification.
We at judototo may offer periodic cashback on certain game types (slots, live-dealer tables) or specific events (Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF tournaments, Champions League rounds). Cashback is calculated on your total wagered amount or net loss during a specified week, and terms vary by promotion. Cashback is usually credited as bonus balance (not withdrawable cash) and carries turnover requirements before you can withdraw it as cash. Check the promotions page in your judototo account for active offers and their full terms. Not all users may be eligible for all promotions; eligibility depends on account age, deposit history, and jurisdiction. If you believe you qualify for a cashback but it was not credited, contact support with your bet history and we will review your account.
Game rules and markets
RTP stands for Return to Player — a percentage that shows how much of all money wagered on a slot game is returned to players over a long period of time. For example, an means that over many thousands of spins, the game returns non-specific info of total bets to players as wins, with non-specific info retained as the house edge. RTP is a long-term average and does not predict short-term outcomes. On judototo, slots like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways each have their own RTP, which we display in the game info or rules section. Higher RTP does not guarantee bigger wins — all outcomes are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). If you want to know the exact RTP for a specific game, open the game in your judototo account and look for "Game Info" or "Rules" in the menu.
Security and support
We at judototo aim to respond to all support queries within a reasonable timeframe during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 local time in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan). Simple questions (account verification, payment method info, game rules) usually receive a response within a few hours. Complex issues (transaction disputes, KYC review, account suspension appeals) may take up to 24 hours or longer depending on the volume and nature of the inquiry. During peak periods or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), response times may extend. For urgent issues, use our in-app live chat; email enquiries are answered during business hours. If your query has been open for more than 48 hours without a response, reply to your support ticket with a follow-up message to escalate it.
