Account closure and data retention
You may close your judototo account at any time by submitting a closure request via your account dashboard. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account — you would need to apply for a new account. We do not refund any promotional bonuses if you close your account before wagering requirements are met.
After account closure, we retain your personal data (name, ID number, address, transaction history) for seven years to comply with tax and anti-money-laundering regulations. After seven years, we delete your data unless law requires longer retention.
